"The location was beautiful and serene. Ricardo and his family were very hospitable. It felt like I was staying at a relative’s house instead of a hotel. The breakfast was really a home cooked meal."

"Clean room. Great location if you are visiting the San Cristobal Canyon. No staff on property, lobby closed the majority of the time, staff was available over the phone. Restaurant closed the majority of the time we were there despite being advertised as open on google. To be fair their facebook page has the correct operating hours (Thursday- Sunday). "

"My room was changed upon arrival, I was not given a room change discount since I did book a bigger room . The room I was in was not clean, because of the location and ability to call and uber and leave was not an option, therefore no point to complain."

"No front desk staff. Called their number but no answer but when spoke with main woman who was outside around the corner she had received my call but ignored it. Horrible customer service. Attempted to charge me more money. Neighborhood looks nothing like pic on site. They attempted to give me a room with no AC. Parking was confusing at first."

"Room was ok if you like cold showers as there was no hot water … I notified hotel as soon as I noticed and they said there was no isssues before I checked in …staying for two nights so I asked for one back to find another hotel and they declined . Said they would send maintenance out … maintenance never came and I kept saying no hot water … I saw cleaning lady and asked her to show me if I’m doing something wrong and she said previous guests have complained and nothings been done about it’s, so...
