I would like a refund or partial refund. The toilet over flowed & it was poop all over the floors. We weee switched to a smaller room smh . Had to share beds

The area around the property looked sketchy, I was received by a drunk person on a street bar and made my check in in that same bar with someone in a table playing a game.

I do not recommend this place , the area is horrible there is no parking at all. The environment is not pleasing to the eye . They’re definitely a bar business below the hotel . It did not give a very trusting environment. I ended not staying because there was no parking around the area. And the saddest part there was NO refund policy . So with this being said I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

it was myself my wife and our daughter and they expected us to sleep on a full size bed and the bathroom had no door and the mini fridge on the floor

There’s was feces in the toilet. The ac did not work. No screens on the windows I killed over 50 mosquitos the shower drain was clogged so shower it was a horrible experience not to mention a hooker opened the door for us and the lady tried to charge me even though I already paid this place should NEVERRRR BE ON EXPEDIA. It was a horrific experience do not go there ever!!

Do not book your stay here! It was disgusting and unsafe. We left without staying the night. Luckily I was able to find a better place to stay last minute.

Quite a bit of the pictures shown aren't actually from the hotel itself but other areas. There is no front desk and you will have to call for them to open a locked building, that isn't in as great of a shape as the pictures show. ROOMS AREN'T CLEANED IN BETWEEN GUESTS!!!!! The walls are filthy, the bathroom/toliet was filthy, there was dirty/food/bugs under the mini fridge/beds, inside the fidge was dirty etc. We had to buy cleaning supplies and clean sheets/blankets for the room and our own toliet paper. There also is no working wifi, we were given a password that was too short to on any of the nearby services (they didnt even tell us which one it was). The building is extremely dirty and sketchy PLEASE DO NOT BOOK!!! its cheap for a reason!!

This property was priced low budget. The area would appear rough if one doesn't travel to certain areas.It wasn't 5 star but it wasn't terrible. A place to lay your head safely for a few days. Carmen was nice. Give them some time to get back to you.

When we show up there was nobody to tell us where the check in was then they pointed to a convenience store. Went into the convenience store. Asked about information and they disregarded me until the counter person was off her phone. Then she told me that the lady in charge named Carmen was not there and that she would give her a text. Waited for about 20 minutes for a reply then whoever was at the counter remember in the convenience store went ahead and let me know the keypad number for the door that opens to go upstairs to the rooms and the pin code to my room in front of everyone in the store and other people surrounding it... They did not show us our room. All she said was go around the corner for entry.... I was thinking it was a solo room, no there were multiple so I have to go back down into the convenience store and asked what was my room number? They told me my room number and pin one more time in front of everyone..... I did not feel safe... I didn't think that was very professional... I booked another hotel the same night...

The place we stayed at Hospedaje Primavera did NOT look like the pictures that were described online. To begin with, we were unable to confirm booking with a call 48 hours in advance as stated in booking. Then when we arrived, Carmen, the manager, stated the owner never picks up the phone, we should have called her. She gave us her personal number. When we arrive to our room, it is small and dingy. It looked NOTHING like in the pictures advertised. There was no dresser for us to put our personal belongs in, so we had to leave our clothing and hygiene products in the suitcase. It was very inconvenient to keep going to the suitcase to change clothing and get hygiene products daily. There was NO mention of loud music playing every day in the evening. Least to say the noises of cars and motorcycles revinng their engines while we are trying to sleep. Finally, I must say Carmen would return my call the following morning in regards to us not being able to connect to the tv. Unfortunately, she was never able to fix the issue in the morning when we were there. Carmen would tell us to call her in the afternoon when we were done running our errands. The advertisement of this place is false advertisement, deceitful, misleading and purposely with held information off Expedia.

This should not even be a place on Expedia the experience was insane the pictures are a lie the area is full of addicts and drunks we got there at 4 everything was locked up there’s no front desk you have to go to the front bar to get to speak to someone everyone was drunk was told to get in we have to speak Spanish and pay her $20 or buy a beer when we found a translator she told the room code to everyone that was outside but still did not unlock the door so my money was wasted we spent 8 hours on the street until we found another place to stay nothing is real about this listing worse experience of my life I cried and cried until the translator Richard was kind enough to help us navigate somthing else even he said it would be unsafe for us there Expedia or the room did not call me back , replace my money or offer any care to the situation

The owner, Carmen was so amazing. She made me feel welcome. Area isn’t around tourist attractions, it’s very quiet at night. I would definitely come back here my next visit to Puerto Rico.
