"Room was very clean and tidy. Beds were big and tidy. All the staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Breakfast was good, not the best I have had. Location is good if you have a car as it’s just outside the old town, about 10 minutes from decent parking for the town. Indoor pool and spa area was excellent. All in all a nice hotel."

"This hotel is fabulous!! The Mastrsl beach club is so amazing!!! They treat you like gold. The day beds are beautiful overlooking the Adriatic. There restaurant aTriton is one of the best 5 Star restaurants around. Location is great!! 8 minutes drive to Diocleatians Palace. Tons of restaurants and bars there. We had Jr Suite ocean view, totally amazing!!!! Diect would have been better, $$$."

"The location is within a short walk to the Palace, shops, and a multitude of restaurants. Marco is more than accommodating in either picking up or taking you back to the airport. The room was lovely and the king size bed made for a wonderful sleep. There is a restaurants located a few steps from House Sandra and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. "The property is right in the middle of the Old town, so it is very convenient to all the places to see and eat. As is everything in Old Town Dubrovnik - there are stairs to contend with. I think her name was Nicolette who manages the property. She met us at the Taxi stand and helped us with our luggage. She was very helpful in telling us places to see and eat. "We booked the honeymoon suite on the 4th floor. The suite was spacious, quiet and had a large balcony, which we really enjoyed. The hotel is about 600 metres from the sea, and we enjoyed evening walks to the nearby beaches. There are also grocery stores and pharmacies close by, which was very convenient.
