"Great staff "

"The pool chair were either broken or unavailable. Reception staff including one in specific that was very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful upon our first arrival. 1st room given in the 8th floor the A/C was not working, my reservation was for 4 people and they had no sofa bed sheets, blankets or pillows, reception never answered my calls, I had to fiscally go downstairs to speak with someone, to get only 1 pillow as they had no other. Hot water was NOT WORKING, finally we were 2 hours later able to change room to the 3rd floor where curtains were all broken, laundry closet had no door. However the A/C was working. Overall we received poor customer service and the experience was unpleasant during our Mother’s Say weekend, time that I was hoping to be special for my Mom and not a nightmare. "

"Loved the pools, the beach, the food, and the rooms were beautiful! We had a suite that looked newly renovated and was spacious with a lovely dining area and kitchenette. Great location with local food within walkable distance. Would stay again! "

"Great hotel with upscale food and service; has a nice clientele too. Only complaint was a line to wait for breakfast and it was all ala carte food. Area is walkable and safe area but not much to do - no great shopping or food except in hotel. It's an uber ride to get to old city. The beach is scenic - windy and rocky but not swimmable."

"I absolutely love the AC Hotel! This is my 3rd time staying with them and they are so accommodating. Anything you need just ask. If they don’t have the answer they will find you one. 10/10 would recommend. "

"The hotel was in a good location, very central but it felt a little kid. Although, the golf cart rides to the beach were nice and I did enjoy the chairs and umbrellas there as well. The room itself was just okay. I hated the bathroom doors, they felt as if you had no privacy. The bed was comfortable but the pillows weren’t. "

"The hotel is fine. I’ve stayed there before on overnights to connect to other islands. The staff has never been an issue, but this trip Henry the pool attendant was very rude. It’s unfortunate when one bad employee makes you question returning."
