"This time it was a little different than in previous years the rooms weren't to clean The bathroom tiles had black mold on them. I stayed six days and during those days they only let them cleaned twice and it seemed like they didn't even clean the floors, they just changed the towels and took out the trash, because the floors were super dirty. The two first nights no wifi. Breakfast was good and public areas was organized and clean but definitely the rooms cleanest have to improve"

"Everything was good. The pool was great. Check in and out was quick. Except the housekeeping staff like always. Same as the one in FLL. Never on point. I found a sign “ Later Would be better” hanging at my door since day 1. They never come back to clean my room or checked if I needed anything, and the sign was left there the all time. I had to chase housekeepers in the hallway for clean towels and water. Not the level of service I expected. I hope the hotel improves communications and ensures...

"The location was beautiful and serene. Ricardo and his family were very hospitable. It felt like I was staying at a relative’s house instead of a hotel. The breakfast was really a home cooked meal."
