The only issue was the elevator. Several times it would be out of service. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Safe, clean, pleasant, quiet. Close to a lot of restaurants and attractions.

The room was lovely, the bed was comfortable but most importantly, the ceiling fan with the ac unit made it one of the best rooms we have had in the region. The shower is also fantastic.

What a fantastic stay
Our room was very spacious and the bed most comfortable. The shower was lovely with plenty of hot water and powerful. Breakfast was very plentiful with a wide variery of foods. The hotel complex was luxurious and in a beautiful setting. Loved it!

Lovely hotel, great staff, definitely worth getting a room with a view of the pool/sea. Close to hawker market for food options. Need to take bus to go into George Town however, but bus stop is right outside the hotel so pretty convenient.
