"Beautiful hotel, much nicer than the photos. Lovely big lounge bar. Well priced restaurant. Every where is spotless clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Very nice young man at reception who was from Liverpool, could not have been more helpful. The hotel is only 3 minscwalk from entrancevto Cathedral and grotto. Many bars, shops and restaurants aurrounding hotel. Excellent underground car park with elevatorvto all floors of hotel. Highly recommended. "

"Great renovated hotel with nice rooms and , above all, super friendly staff. I was working at night in the lobby, past midnight, and the person at front desk brought me a glass of cold water without me having asked for anything. Hi figured I was thirsty and he was spot on. Unfortunately I didn't ask for his name. Person during check in was very friendly too. We were at another hotel the night before at similar price, but this one is much better."
"Our family of 5 was in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was well furnished. We felt safe and slept well in this quiet hotel on the 9th floor (top). It is an easy walk to the grotto and has plentiful dining options nearby. We would stay here again. Thanks for hosting us. "
"Enjoyed the proximity to the religious sites without being in the pilgrimage hotel area. It also worked out well coming from the train station to drop our luggage there and picking it back up on our way back out."
"The accommodations were great. Located about 1/4 mile to the Grotto but very easy to walk. All the rooms are ADA compliance. Bathroom is equipped with walk in shower with support bars. Our room even had a balcony over looking one of the main streets below. Overall we were very pleased with the facility "
"I like the Hotel set up and the staff are very friendly. What I didn't like was that as a Disabled person, I wasn't supported as expected especially supporting me with my luggage down to the reception which was very stressful for me to do it alone with my walking stick. .roommyugsrted "
