"I would stay here again! Clean!Very close to the train station and very central in Florence. The host is very kind! She even recommended wonderful sites and resturants. Very sweet people! "Clean room"

"A true gem in Florence with wonderful hospitality Hotel Settefiori was an absolute highlight of our trip. It is a family-run property, and their passion shines through in every single detail, from the tasteful room decor to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were given a complete personal tour: the host showed us around, pointed out all the amenities, and clearly explained how everything worked, including the air conditioning. "Staff"

"Amazing property and staff!!"

"Staff was great room needs a bigger bed side table to accommodate a cpap"

"Great hotel. The modern Gioconda painting and vibe are quirky and fun. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Amazing location. In the centre of everything. Our room was a good size and very clean. Loved the breakfast each morning. I will definitely choose The Frame Hotel again for my next trip to Florence."

"Loved the service and amenities at this hotel. The atmosphere is amazing and it’s centrally located."

"Nice hotel with all the amenities! Close to the train station about 5 min walk but also very quiet and peaceful setting. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was so good!"

"Very conveniently located, this hotel is modern and very clean. Everything is well maintained and worth the value. Last but not least, the staffs were all very friendly and attentive meeting your expectations at all times. Will definitely stay here again in Florence."

"Fabulous location just around the corner from the train station. We were a family of 2 adults and 3 kids aged 7, 10 and 12 and we walked everywhere around the city. Very secure and safe we would absolutely stay again."

"The staff was extremely helpful with places for dinner and directions. The room was comfortable and clean."
