"I LOVE San Sebastián. The hotel's restaraurant and the staff, from the front desk, to the bellmen, to the restaurant were OUTSTANDING! Helpful, kind, and proud of their city. Two shortcomings, the Hotel's "gym" was below ground, and smelled it. It was small, and very humid and warm. My loft room had a greatv view of the cathedral, but the window was tiny, and no balcony, which I had requested. "

"The location is absolutely brilliant. It is so close to bars, restaurants and shops. It is so convenient! Our room has a balcony, facing to the street but it is surprisingly quiet. The staffs are very helpful and knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"My second stay in this perfectly located boutique hotel on the edge of the old town near the harbour. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with lots of tips and a welcome drink! Though I did not have a harbour view, the room had a good shower and comfortable bed - all you really need when there is lots to do outside. I would look to stay there again if back in town."
