"Helpful staff. Nice touch of a welcome drink. Breakfast not avail until 8am. No tea and coffee making facilities in room but on request we were able to obtain a jug and 2 cups, as we had an early check out. Could easily hear noise from other rooms through the night which was not expected in a reasonably new looking hotel. "

"What a great location in San Sebastián. Walking distance to everything. Could not get street parking due to the huge crowds there on Father's Day. But underground parking was nearby, although not particularly cheap. Room was delightful. Good communication from staff"
