"The rooms were sparse but clean and a bit cramped. Sodas and coffee were free. The shared balcony from our room was wonderful. The staff were very accommodating and even let us keep our luggage in the room for a few hours after check-out. Be aware that taxis are hard to come by on feast days and reserve extra time for travel."

"Beautiful hotel, great amenities, amazing rooftop pool as a bonus. The hotel is about 20-30 minute walk to the old town, which we didn't mind too much. You can also rent a bike for €12 and move around the city swiftly. There is also a couple of supermarkets, bars and restaurants around the hotel which feel very local. Can definitely recommend the hotel!"

"The staff were exceptional—they accommodated our request to switch to a different floor, which we really appreciated. We also accidentally left an item in our room after checking out. The hotel promptly contacted us, and we were able to pick it up when we returned to San Sebastián later that week. We were very grateful for their honesty and excellent service. The location is great and made it easy to explore the city. The only minor downside was the garbage bins at the front /side of the hotel, which slightly detracted from the entrance."
