The location is slightly out of the way from town, it was nice the hotel offered free bikes, it helped a lot. However, because it's not in the center of town, there is ample parking on the property and it's quieter overall."

"Clean, spacious, close to everything! We loved Amaya at the front desk, she was so helpful and the after hours check in was simple. The room was beautiful with a huge outdoor patio including table and chairs. The living room and room each had a door to the patio. The bed was comfortable and clean.

"The family room we had was superb, it felt quality as soon as we walked in.
The pool was good but could do with a few more Sun loungers / deck chairs, less sofa seats as big and bulky. I have to say the pool area was immaculate.
The roof top bar we used twice during the day and evening, staff are very helpful and cheerful. The views from both the pool and bar are superb.

"Our stay was nearly perfect. The room was comfortable and perfectly located. I do wish I had not noticed that the floor was not properly swept (corners of room) but I didn’t think it was a massive problem. They provided complimentary drinks from the room’s mini fridge and the lobby had a pretty cool coffee machine that was available at all hours and was kept very tidy and neat. The location was perfect— very close to beach and plenty of restaurants. Out stay in San Sebastián was amazing and...
