"Fabulous property- staff were amazing and helpful with suggestions of local restaurants, points of interest. Helpful with arranging transportation to local winery. Unique rooms in renovated castle. "Our stay was Fantastic. The property is a very unique and beautiful guest house property located right of the Palazzo Del Campo. The property owner Hamza was absolutely fantastic! He messaged us on WhatApp prior to arrival to setup check-in, helped us with our bags, gave a full tour, answered all our questions. He provided us with cold water and snacks upon arrival. "The most comfortable mattresses we have found on our travels, were in the family room of this hotel. Beautiful location, friendly staff, delicious coffee at breakfast. Quick 10 minute walk to the historic district. If I had to make one suggestion it would be to add a little more storage in the room and bathroom (and maybe some hooks). "

"We had a lovely visit to Palazzo di Valli. The location is just gorgeous - about a 1.5 km walk to the Campo inside the walls of Siena. The breakfast was wonderful - we looked forward to it every morning. The managers Lorenzo and Giacomo were so kind and accommodating - even when we had a very unexpected late check-in.
