"Beautiful, quiet and clean. Nice break from the bustle of Florence. Location is on the other side of the transition stop so get an uber if you have a lot luggage, otherwise it’s about a 35 minute walk if yo have a backpack. Because it’s on the other side, the hotel has a lovely garden with a view of the countryside. Breakfast was included and nice, including the well made cappuccino. "

"The room was clean with plenty of towels and hot water and great water pressure. The view was incredible. The staff was awesome, they answered all of our questions and were so kind. The location is unbeatable, four major sites are less than 10 mins walking. We loved the vending machines for a quick drink! Would highly recommend for anyone coming to Siena. "Spacious apartment - loved having a separate living space and bedroom so that when one of us was up earlier or later than the other, we could move around without waking them up. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy. The location is great - loved having the town escalators right next to us for easy access to the top of the hill. San Domenica was a short walk up the stairs and it was easy to catch the bus there to the train station (not the easiest walk with luggage but still very do-able!). "
