"The hotel will look amazing once all the renovations are completed, however the room I stayed in looked very nice however. Due to the renovations, debris from the work that was done on floors prior was coming through the HVAC vent which caused for a horrible stay coughing all night, eyes itching. I don’t believe it was a house keeping issue I think maintenance was supposed to do a thorough cleaning of the vents. I spoke with the manager on duty and they advise that I would receive a full refund. I’m still waiting on that. "

"I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience due to continuous noise disturbances caused by a dog staying in a neighboring room. For two consecutive nights, the dog barked repeatedly, especially during the night and early morning hours. The noise made it extremely difficult for me to sleep and significantly affected the quality of my stay. I chose your hotel expecting a quiet and comfortable environment, but the constant barking made this impossible. I understand that some guests travel with pets; however, the noise should be properly managed to avoid disturbing other guests. I believe the situation should have been addressed promptly once the disturbance became apparent. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve noise control measures so future guests will not have the same experience. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response."
