I really liked the Handicap accessible room. Everything was perfect for my husband. I also liked the fact that there was places to eat so close by. The staff was excellent. They were very friendly, and helpful. Everything was super clean, and smelled so fresh. Thanks for the great stay! Will definitely stay again, and recommend.

Excellent stay for a night. Room was very clean. Refrigerator was a larger mini fridge. Also had a microwave. Very quiet. Landscaping around the property beautiful. Breakfast was great and convenient. Staff very friendly. Would stay here again.

Very clean/ updated rooms! A little nosey with occupants in upstairs rooms, but we called the front desk and they handled it. Breakfast was good. Will be staying there again. Only 25 minute drive to Sanford Stadium!

Nicest and most peaceful hotel in monroe. Also most expensive but you pay for what you get. Decent breakfast every morning, my only thing was the staff with "their computer system". Just make sure you pay all at once if your planning on staying more than one day. Adding days becomes a headache.

Upgraded Motel in Monroe, GA

Stayed at this property in 2016 with previous owner. It was horrible. Quality has cleaned it up and upgraded it. Definitely comfortable and safe!

Didn't like the fact there were no GRAB BARS at all for the tub. Couldn't use tub because there was nothing there to grab hold to for getting safely out of the tub. Also need something in bottom of tub to keep it from being slippery. My only complaint. Everything else was perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for a great stay. Will use you again.

Clean & Comfortable Room

First, I'd like to say that I greatly appreciated the front desk clerk named Pritti for her warm welcome when I checked in to the hotel. She was very kind and friendly. The room, itself, was very clean and comfortable. It was obvious the hotel has gone through some renovations within recent years to create a modern, clean hotel room environment. There were only two things about our room that I would have liked to change. First, part of the metal on the swing bar lock on the door was broken. Second the remote control to the TV looked quite dirty. We did not partake in the complimentary breakfast. There was a friendly man walking around in the morning who was eager to receive our room key to get started cleaning as soon as possible. He did not rush us and he seemed very nice. I would stay there again if I need to come back to Monroe in the future.

The property was very clean. To our surprise the room was very upscale and trendy and very clean. The owners of the property were nice and friendly to us ( my husband and I). There was a small hiccup upon checking in where we had to stand outside in the cold while they check out reservations. Which was not a problem everything was okay with that. Other than the delay in checking in from the outside in the cold, everything was very very good! We will be uploading pictures in the next day or so. We were really happy and impressed and we would really like to share the cleanliness and upscale of the room. We got a fair price on the room as well. Breakfast was offered from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. breakfast was okay. It will be great if they had more of a variety with breakfast. No complaints there only an observation.We booked for 2 days and our stay was great! Long story short or stay was good and our room was nice and neat and clean! The Blakes

The owners were very nice and helpful. It is the first time I have stayed in a motel for some time. For a typical motel, it was good. It is the only hotel/motel in Monroe and was very convenient. I am not sure I'll go back to using motels like I once did, but overall a good experience.
