"Bad internet, no information on how to get to the paddle boards, the room was clean but the hallway were messy"

"The hotel must be very new because everything is in great condition. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Swimming pool was nice, and outdoor furniture was again in excellent condition. The entire property was thoughtfully designed and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would be nice to have a chair and desk in the room. Sound insulation was not good but 9pm-7am are quiet hours and the staff were ready to enforce it. OveralI my family had a great experience and would be more than happy to stay again."

"Minutes from the rainforest. This is a top notch resort. A higher floor will give better rainforest views. Sweet little casino too. Loved it. Food and drink are a bit high, but probably in line with 'resort' pricing. Also a very nice touch, they give you a water bottle at check in and there are refilling stations by the elevator. If I come back to PR, I will stay here. If you want a tranquil beach setting, this is not the place. Very rough conditions. Mini fridge for use in rooms. "

"The sheets on the bed had NOT been cleaned. That is serious. It took 20 minutes to run the shower water before it became hot. Never used any of the kitchen utensils as they looked terrible. The floor was clean and the AC was working."
