"Our three day stay was definitely relaxing. Overall the property was tidy enough, the shower floor needs to be properly cleaned. Not enough amenities but Overall I did appreciate the little things like spoons, dishes and cups a clean bedding, cable internet and air conditioner. The staffs were nice and my husband met the manager which he said was very down to earth and friendly. One thing to note is that you need a vehicle to get around. "

"Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much."

"Hotel and grounds were immaculate and beautiful! The staff was congenial and the concierge/ travel/staff Tues April 7th very helpful in downloading my ticket for my flight to my wallet to lessen the wait for us at the airport. Food and service on the Rustica restaurant was excellent! We are going to return again soon! "

"First room wasn’t cleaned from toothpaste on the mirror to white spots on the picture above the bed (headboard) and the doors keypad had wires hanging out. Second room was ok. Room Doors are hard to open and balcony doors as well I cut my finger on the because of how bad they are to open and close. Pool bar bartenders are slow and not friendly the pool bar closes way to early. Only place to get food was by the pool. Small coffee and breakfast bar in lobby but not open long enough. No restaurant...

"Everything was great. Issues were we stayed for a while and didn’t get new towels, how to request TP if it was needed and how to get more garbage bags. People could see us showering from the steps up to the other room. Heard a few comments and laughter during shower time which made me aware we can be seen and confirmed you can still see. Also quiet time does not matter. Lot of screaming past 10pm. Almost to midnight of screaming from the pool. "

"Located in a safe and walkable location in Old San Juan, Casablanca Hotel was amazing as soon as we walked in. Great space on rooftops, rooms were uniquely decorated and clean. I would love to stay here again. I stayed in the suite with an accent room with two twin beds which was perfect for my family of 4"

"Only stayed one night. Booked to cover late flight arrival and they let me in at 2 am after calling the help line..thank you. Kind of loud (exterior street noises) but that was to be expected, per other reviews. No need for staff to come in and announce check out time, I was fully aware of what it was;, very strange , IMO . There is a free public book shelf area that was directly across the street. Thanks to city or whoever set this up. Thanks again for last .minute accommodations."

"This location needs better front desk support, ran out of hot water during our stay, no mugs for coffee machine in room. Seems to be a new location and work still being done - would not recommend to stay at this location yet."
