In the room, the air conditioning would turn off automatically, and the internet almost never worked. The doors on the nightstand and closet didn't close properly. There were ants. There was no hot water.

Primero que todo los clóset donde me tocó la habitación en malas condiciones ,no tenía cable , la piscina no tenía una pérsona que lo atendiera ,el desayuno como que cuentan lo que le van a dar a uno porque todo es medido ,no me vuelvo a hospedar más en ese hotel ,mala experiencia

El baño está inhabilitado no usan toallas de manos y no hay tapete de pies, el suelo estaba sucio y cuando llegamos no nos habían dejado toallas , no hay secador de pelo , la mesa de noche estaba rota . La recepcionista no está informada que los colombianos o extranjeros que no viven en Colombia están exentos del IVA . Es importante enseñarlo con el pasaporte , me lo quisieron cobrar pero con la resolución y sello del pasaporte no se canceló . También me pareció los precios de las bebidas exagerados 4.000 por un agua 500ml. No lo recomiendo para nada
