"Staff were lovely, the room clean and tidy, modern design, ours was a twin room number 109… decent size and a nice bathroom with good shower. The window gave very little light as it overlooked an internal area where pipes etc were so no view at all. I should prob have e checked the view when booking. ..."

"The stay was good. Hard to shave without hot water. Warm doesn’t cut it. I like a bar of soap & when I have shower gel provided, a facecloth would have helped. The bed was very comfortable and the room temperature adjustable and nice. Water pressure good & very nice stay. Just missing a couple key ..."

"Our air conditioning did not cool at all every day they came to try and fix it but could not . Said they could move us to another room but did not. Staff very nice very helpful. Way to hot"
