"Excellent stay at this property. It's a family owned building with charming hosts Ferdinando and Valentino. The picture shown is the beautiful terrace where one sits for breakfast or to simply contemplate life. Spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable bed, everything you need. Close to Arezzo train station and within easy waking distance of the center of Arezzo, with many dining/shopping options. We had no trouble finding free street parking. Highly recommend this place!"
"The property is in a great location in Arezzo and the owner communicated clearly, thoroughly with us and this was much appreciated since we are still novice VRBO users. Not having a designated parking spot caused some frustration when we ended up finding an open spot a block away. "

The hosts of this BnB are very kind, welcoming, flexible and we were able to communicate quite easily with them. The rooms are spacious enough and comfortable and the shared living room/terrace is so beautiful. I highly recommend getting the breakfast included! It was very generous and incredibly delicious.
