"I have stayed in many hotels but this stay has been so nice and memorable for me. It was my birthday and they left some champagne and cake that was complimentary. The staff are brilliant and very well mannered and very helpful. I will be back and could not recommend this anymore to anyone! 10/10. The facilities and location was top tier. The room was spotless and breakfast was the best breakfast selection that I have seen in all my travels."

"Staff was very welcoming! The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the service was really good. Very friendly staff. The location was perfect- not too far to walk from the Old Town, but far enough to be quiet. The pool and hot tub were very inviting! Free parking was a perk since it looked like it was difficult to park close to town."

"Lovely little apartment with amazing location. Staff helpful via WhatsApp prior to stay. Nicely decorated and well maintained but could have been a little cleaner- dusty floors and few stains in bathroom, however the bed was spotlessly clean. Overall cleanliness wasn’t an issue. Shower was freezing cold one night but great the rest of the time. Good amenities for an apartment. Would stay here again."

"Location is great. Room was very clean. My only complaint is that housekeeping showed up 2 of 3 mornings at 6:30 am! Throwing keys, noice in general, doing laundry, etc. Rooms are not exactly sound proof…"

"Beautiful place, clean and good response.time from staff regarding communication. Outdoor patio beautiful! Would have liked a heads up that the parking was tight, not allowing us to take our rental car freely with being block.in. The 295 stair walk up.and down from the property was doable, but daunting, for many. Unfortunately the lovely kitchen had no coffee or tea or filters despite having a coffee pot. Laundry service was excellent. Beds very comfortable. Be prepared to walk stairs and not drive if you stay here. But the close location to old town was awesome."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Clean, quiet, good bedding and towels, fully stocked kitchen, washing machine and drying rack.Lovely shaded terrace after a long day exploring Dubrovnik. Just a few minutes to the beach and the Polce Gate of the Old Town.The street Ulica Buica is a staircase with lots of stairs down to Old Town, so be aware of that. Otherwise, no drawback to this accommodation."

"Wonderful communication even before arrival, extremely supportive staff. Terrace and room views and ambience exceeded expectations. Clean and comfortable room and grounds, including pool, delicious breakfast. Perfect location near Old Town but a breath away with romantic views. Would love to return. "

"Small room but clean and well finished. Nice bathroom. Wifi and aircon. Surprisingly quiet considering it's great location in the heart of old town. Romana is very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay."
