"Hands down one of the best hotel values I’ve ever experienced. Grande Centre Point Surawong Bangkok exceeded expectations in almost every category. The hotel is modern, spotless, and feels brand new. The staff was exceptional from start to finish, incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. Concierge service was always on point and made everything smooth during our stay. The room itself was fantastic. The AC blasted ice cold, which was a huge plus in Bangkok. Housekeeping was extremely thorough every single day, and they constantly refilled water and amenities without needing to ask. The blackout electric shades made for some of the best sleep I’ve had in a hotel. The bathrooms and toilets were amazing, modern, high tech, and loaded with amenities. Small touches like the complimentary snacks really elevated the experience. The gym was clean and well maintained, and the pool area was beautiful, relaxing, and spotless. The breakfast buffet and restaurant were also excellent with a huge variety and quality far above what I expected at this price point. Honestly, this hotel competes with properties that cost significantly more. If you’re staying in Bangkok and want luxury, comfort, cleanliness, and incredible service without completely overspending, this place is an absolute gem."

"Love the staff Tik on the 5th floor was very professional and always greeted us with the most warmest smile. Breakfast could use more vegetarian dishes or seafood options for those who don’t eat red meat or flesh. Swimming pool restaurant also can improve greatly on their selection of food. Tik on the swimming pool she was very helpful and understanding to our concerns for vegetarian options we had the vegetarian sandwich with mushrooms the chef did not cut the huge mushrooms up so they were impossible to bite inside the sandwich way too chewy. Just need more healthy options on the pool menu instead of fried stuff. "
