"My identical twin sister and I love the location of Anantara Riverside. The room is very clean and comfortable. We love the beautiful river view room that we appreciated the sunrise from Chao Pra Ya River every morning. The staffs are very nice, friendly, and helpful. We love breakfast buffet every morning. We enjoy the spa. The hotel is close to shopping areas, and safe. We will definitely be back again."

"We were disappointed with check in as we were told to take a seat and no one came to help us. When we asked it was clear they forgot about us. The manager rectified by proving us with drink vouchers for sky bar. One day our room had not been cleaned by 3pm . Once we called reception this was taken care of immediately. Otherwise the location and property is overall an excellent choice."

"Amazing. I purchased the Suite with River view that was supposed to come with a free drink and breakfast in the lounge. However, when I arrived at the lounge the hostess said my room on the 53rd floor did not include access to the lounge. Luckily for me, the hotel manager was present and he invited me to stay for breakfast. I don't drink alcohol so I wasn't concerned about the free cocktail. Everyone was very nice and professional.
