Room was clean and nice, and staff is also friendly. We can walk from the BTS station. However, it has a bar at the ground floor, and on that day, there is a live session until 2pm. It was terrible and I couldn't sleep at all. Also, there was a protest at the victory monument, tourists from overseas must be care about there is a possibilities of some confusions.

Good hardware and service, but not very clean

Convenient area with lots of shops around and access to public transportation. However, the cleanliness of the surrounding areas and the rooms was unsatisfactory. We saw geckos and flies in the rooms (we stayed in three different rooms during our stay). Molds and dusts were found near the sink in one of the rooms, while the drainage was not good in another one, which was probably one of the reasons why there were flies. The rooms on 4/F was located near the shopping mall, so there were noises from people singing karaoke at night. Nevertheless, the service of the front desk staff was good as they are helpful and willing to accommodate our needs when problems were found. In general, the hardware and service of the hotel was good but the cleanliness is something that needs more improvement.

Although the hotel is in a busy area our room was very quiet. Although, small it was well planned and had all we needed. The hotel is accessible from the rear of the victory hub building or by walking through the shopping centre building to the back, or through the VIX bar.

Gem in the middle of the city

Good value for money. Great hotel design and lay out. Loved the day bed and view. Situated in a quiet corner of the city, at the heart of Victory Monument. 5 to 6km to almost anywhere worth going in the city - fab location.

Good location, nice and clean. Attentive, friendly staff. Surprised that there isn't a small cafe attached in the lobby, there's plenty of room for it. Missed opportunity I think. Place is a little hard to find as it's tucked inside/attached to a mall. Would stay again.
