Great stay at Tivoli hotel. Good location with a short walk to the metro to get around the city. Room was tidy and well maintained through our stay Rooftop pool was a great way to cool off - there were a few pigeons drinking from it so unsure of the cleanliness. Overall a great place to stay in a budget friendly hotel

During the time that I stayed in the standard double room. it was quite big and comfy with incredible price! The location of the hotel was okay distance for me by walking 13mins to metro. The only down side was that I need to head to staff’s office for hot water and borrow hairdryer from a local friend.

Good hotel, local facilities

Big room. Clean. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Good WiFi. Plenty of local shops, restaurants, etc. The road outside was not very pedestrian friendly, though. The traffic was somewhat intimidating.

Very helpful staff clean environment and a nice pool at the top deck. It felt safe however, the area is a little bit congested. There are no sidewalks so you feel like you could get run over any second heavily with few good restaurants.

When im in BKK I usually stay in a different hotel but gave this one a try due to the location, price and facilities. The good: Staff were all really kind and helpful from checkin to the room cleaners, the room was of a good size, pool was really nice and the roof top too. Close to metro and only 20 min walk to Lumpini Park, some good eating options nearby. Late checkout was possible for 300B extra, but can stay only until 18:00. Not so good: The quality of the room was pretty bad, cabinets looked kicked, taped together, layers of dirt and use on most surfaces, it was nice maybe 10 years ago but needs to be totally changed. The pool closes way too early at 19:00. Bed was ok but the sheets were not changed from the last person (which seems to be a Thai thing now too sadly). I would stay again if I got a newly renovated room, but for the price I paid I had a nice stay,

Was okay. Located on narrow, busy street with almost no pedestrian space. Restaurants nearby. Room on 4th floor was quiet. Room floor dated, otherwise plain, bed huge and comfy. Shower over bath tub. Reception staff unhelpful: at check-in no info abt pool or spa, 500 baht key deposit, and 500 baht service charge just to arrange taxi. 20 min walk to Lumphini Park station. I would rather stay near Khao San again.

Its a decent place for the price and all amenities are adequate. Nothing to complain tbh. My only qualm was the bad check in experience. The reason for me to book this property that they had an early check in option. I did put in a request for it . Now i completely understand if there were no rooms.. however there were rooms and the guy at the desk still didnt offer me an option to upgrade or a pay some fees for the early check in. He promptly did it for the couple who came in behind me though. I guess it probably was becuz of my skin color.. who knows.. anyaways he didnt even make an effort to have one of thw rooms ready that were check out at 10am. So decided to cancel my 7 days stay at this place just for this very reason

I love the property. Honest review, the hotel is a little dated and the furniture can be updated, but the stay was absolutely wonderful. I didn’t realize, but I was upgraded to a deluxe room. It was massive. The bed was a super king, the room had so much space. There was a mini kitchen like area which only had a sink and tons of closet, drawer space for your items. The bathroom was great, this place has a lot of mirrors which I love because it opens the room up and makes it look larger. The balcony is not a true balcony you can only stand on one small part of it. It’s more like a tiny ledge. The maid service was offered daily, they cleaned very well and replaced my waters daily (2 medium sized waters) The WiFi worked perfectly fine (but was on a 24hr limited use) , I called down for a new login bc I was there for 7 days. No problems at all. The rooftop has a cool pool, and Tons Tons Tons of outdoor patio space. I worked out daily on the rooftop Astro turf grass (there isn’t a gym) and you get a beautiful city view! It’s so close to to tons of restaurants and an amazing cocktail bar called The Backroom Bar and Sitting Room, three or more 7-eleven shops on the street as well as local Thai food, massages places, and a 15 min walk from Lumphini Park (I walked there to run everyday) there is also a massage spa in the hotel that guest get discount on. Loved the place so much I booked another week ***They have great price packages if you book directly at the hotel.
