The hotel and staff are amazing, and it is located in a good spot with lots around it. In addition, the breakfast was good. I will stay here again.

Excellent customer service and clean rooms!

The staff was extremely accommodating and very courteous. I also liked the location of the property. There were restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance and a coffee shop next door to the hotel.

Very friendly and professional staff. Clean and modern rooms. Flexible to keep same room when extending my stay, (got upgraded first night and got to keep the upgrade the second night too)

Great Hotel !

Hotel was great, room big and very clean, tv massive with Netflix if i had to complain about anything it would be the sauna was not working and its about a 10-15 walk to the Skytrain but they do have a shuttle so not a big problem, would definitely stay again.

Great modern hotel

Really great hotel in the heart of Sukhumvit. Near all the amenities and close enough to the bts and metro. They put on regular pick up buses too if you dont want to walk. Rooms really clean neat and tidy very modern too. Powerful showers too. Two key cards which helps with keeping room cool. Reception always welcoming. Pool and gym really good with good enough equipment to use the facilities

We always stay here when in Bangkok

This is one of the finer properties we stayed at during our 4 week trip. Super water pressure wiith great hot water shower. This property has a circulating hot water system and full in house air conditioning. Great TV as I was able to access my Ubube channels. Shuttle is helpful. But not far walk to Latitude 21 and Asok BTS station. Many good restaurants in the area. Robin Hood has a great English breakfast weekdays after 9 am for 99 baht.

Great rooftop pool

Arrived early, I used the common area by the gym to work on my laptop. Very comfortable. Clean and modern room with well equipped gym and rooftop pool. Area is very strategic, plenty of cafes and restaurants around. Receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful. Although it's walking distance to the MRT and BTS stations, they provide free shuttle too, great for people with luggages. I would definitely stay here again.

We recieved a free " upgrade" . Sounds great. It stunk. Room 511. Directly across from the lifts where you can here people getting off . Worse was it was in front of building faci g street. Noise from cars and motorbikes all night. Stayed here before and was very happy. This was the worse room in bangkok.

Relatively new hotel. Gym is tiny, bike and treadmill broken. They said they would fix nothing happened. Rooms small. If you get a balcony, the door is screwed shut. Don't get the point. There is Netflix which is a plus. Pool large. Just does not feel like a luxury hotel or luxury experience. Cheap construction and furniture

Nice hotel for the price. Some of the businesses near by only cater to Japanese or Korean and don’t like white westerners even though have just as much money to spend. Only negative about hotel was sauna was not working during my stay and the front desk at check in didn’t notify about this. My floor there was a leak in hallway roof and made area smelly and just had a bucket to catch the water in the middle of hall. Can get a little loud from other guest in hallways with not a lot of sound proofing

Updated property with friendly staff, however our room was terrible. We paid more for a balcony room however the room we were given should not have been considered one as the baloney was unusable. It was on the second floor and backed directly onto another building with a wall full of fans and no natural light due to the height of the buildings. These fans, or the air conditioners next to us, were very loud during the night. The room was directly next to the kitchen which was also loud starting early morning as they prepped breakfast. The room was clean and modern but had an awful smell the entirety of our time there. Possibly due to the cleaning products they used. Our experience here may have been different if we had been assigned a different room, however I would not recommend it or stay again based on the room we were given.

Strong floor detergent smell.

The smell of the floor detergent using to clean the room was so strong that I had to open front door and balcony door for 3 hours to clear the smell. And finally I decided to ask for a new room which the smell was even worst so I had to stay in the same room.

スタッフの方は、とても感じがよく親切でした。朝食の種類が多く、味も日本人の味覚に合い、とてもおいしかったです。近くには、コンビニやレストランなどもあり退屈しませんでした。また、BTSの二つの駅（アソークとプロムポン）の間に立地しているので、双方の駅を利用することができ、また双方の駅のショッピングセンターに行くこともできます。
