Fue un poco decepcionante y caro para lo que realmente ofrece,primero aparece en la web que dispone de sauna y gimnasio y en realidad ninguna de las dos están en función desde meses y la piscina en pésimas condiciones que da grima hasta bañarse. La limpieza en general es deficiente mínima y el estado del estudio es penoso antiguo paredes sucias..El wifi era una tortura.

Disappointed with Hotel

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. Unfortunately this time was quite disappointing. The gym was unavailable and the clothes washing machine was not working. After contacting reception about the broken washing machine, they did not offer me a new room or fix the broken machine.

Disappointing not like the photographs as usual

I arrived at 11pm, the reception was prepared and it took moments to book in. The room was fine but no view and the balcony door no security lock. The safe didn't work. there is a free ride noted to take you to the local station but the service didn't exists. The TV in the room has one English channel. The multi gym was broke, the men's sauna center wall and ceiling were falling down and the pool was filthy. The doors in the bath room were rotting and the ceiling tiles had been removed. Rubbish bags, cleaning equipment and containers all were left on the pool floor area, it wasn't good. We asked for towels as we wanted to use the pool and they didn't turn up but it was ok as the pool was as mentioned filthy. To get a taxi you have to walk to the main road which is about 8 minute walk down the soi 11. The restaurant was not open either.

ごく普通のサービスアパートです。

毎回、サトーン界隈に用件が週末のみ利用しています。ホテルの整備等をするスタッフが年々少なくなり、手入れが行き届かなくなってきて、外装等の老朽化が加速している気がします。部屋はきちんと清掃されていて清潔感はあります。外装等を整備されていればそこそこCPの良いサービスアパートです。 今は可もなく不可もなく、中の少し良い程度のサービスアパートです。ホテルや程度のよいサービスアパートと同じサービスを期待してはいけません。駅から少し遠い事、サトーンの渋滞、有名小学校が目の前あるため日中は結構、騒がしいので、平日の宿泊は避けた方がよいでしょう。私は週末しか利用しません。メリットは部屋が広い、バルコニーで喫煙可能、シャワールームと別にバスタブ有る事、全自動洗濯器がある事。コンビニが近い事。まだ、当分の間、週末のみ利用すると思います。

Accommodation that's worth the extra dime

During my 4 weeks in Thailand I've chosen to stay at this hotel/residence twice. Apart from the staff being incredibly friendly and sociable and the location being so tranquil (especially because you're still in a huge city) it's actually the extra facilities that make this place worth paying a visit. The pool, situated on the roof, has the most amazing panorama which makes it so easy to unwind after an entire day of fuzz. You can either sunbathe or enjoy the night sky there as well. On the same floor, you'll also find a compact gym and a sauna (per gender) at your disposal. The saunas are located at the back of each bathroom.

Nice hotel close to bts rail station

Quite area and safe area, you can get a text in front of the hotel just about any time, nice swimming pool on the sky deck , rooms have washing and drying machine, stove with pot and frying pan, plates, bowls , hot pot, kitchen cutlaries , washroom has a tub and shower, great place for a family.

Nice enough hotel if a little run down.

Unfortunately the pool was closed. The gym equipment was broken. The safe in the room didn't work and there was only non English satellite tv. The staff didn't seem concerned with any of this so I left and stayed at a much nicer hotel for the same price. Overall a very disappointing stay. I would not stay there again as there are many other options in the same price range that actually have what they advertise.

3층객실이용했는데 인터넷 거의 잘 안된다고 보시면되요 접속하저라도 엄청느려서 답답해 뒤집니다..노트북가져갔는데 접속자체가 어려워서 사용 포기했어요.수영장은 옥상에있는데 얼마전 조명새로설치해서 밤에 올라가서 잠깐있긴좋아요 수영장 이용객은 거의 없었어요.

Dirty & poor service

Poor service & very dirty. Thai places are usually at least swept and while things may not be super clean they are usually superficially cleaned. This place had dust and hair all over the floor. The bathtub was quite dirty. The water was brown (in all faucets) for the first several minutes. The sofa once white was a really gross brown. The counters were all stained (which is fine but they were covered with a lot of dust as well). Amazing layout and design of the rooms. Had a stove (but only minimal kitchenware- like 1 plate & two forks), washing machine, nice sized fridge. The pools was a great design but the water dirty and hazy. The gym looked ok. The sauna was broke. The internet only worked for about an hour in our three day stay and that was after several phone calls. The first call they answered, oh we will connect it... what it wasn't even connected?? Then when they finally told me that the password they gave me was wrong I was disappointed. Had to ask for water. Despite paying for a breakfast buffet there was not a buffet and they just fixed us a plate with eggs, two small hotdogs, and two slices of tomato. When we asked if there was something for our toddler (he was included in the reservation) they said no but finally gave a piece of bread for him (don't worry we shared ours). I asked for a child's bed or crib and it was not provided. Also the room for three bit only had two towels and a hand towel. We would not stay again although it could be an amazing plc.
