This is a very cute boutique hotel in a quiet area of Bangkok, though it is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We chose this hotel because we wanted a balcony, and something close to the bus station. The room was very small, but the balcony was good, the breakfast was mediocre, but the pool area was nice. The best part of this hotel is the staff - every single person I spoke with was friendly and helpful - they really go above and beyond.

Very cute tiny rooms, excellent service, good breakfast. The premium rooms are smaller than the not premium, stayed on both. The cons, cold pool, and they don’t sweep the floor on the room so me staying 13 days was bit too much.
