The hot tub that was in the pool was not working. Wish the pool stayed open past 8. The music with the videos on the elevator got REALLY old after 4 days there. Great gym. Great breakfast. Shower was great! Refridge in room not cold enough. Nice gesture from the staff on my husband's birthday!

I enjoyed the stay. The only unfortunate thing is that out of all the front and concierge staff, only 1 or 2 spoke/understood English. I'm aware that WE were in Thailand and not the other way around, but it was impossible to ask for things to do or needed when most of them did not speak/ understand English at all.

Wonderful hotel, no negatives, everything was good
Great hotel. Close to two malls. Restaurants close by. Wonderful sushi restaurant just off lobby which we had lunch at. Good rooms, well designed and clean. Great breakfast too. Excellent value.

Could be better
I was promised via email to get an upgraded room as part of our Hotels.com VIP benefits that I took under consideration when booking this hotel and this did not happen. The room had some lights not working and the ventilation was not working so there was constant bad smell in the room toilets. The breakfast could be better. The staff are not very friendly. On the other hand, The room and the hotel were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The boys at the entrance were very friendly and helpful.

SkyView...nice start to our hols.
Skyview was a great start to our trip. Awesome view from our room. Easily accesible by BTS ( Phrom Phongh). Definitely return. Very helpful staff. Great sky bar too.

Close to skytrain which is great as the traffic in Bangkok is terrible and taxis take a long time unless very early or very late. Hotel has a lovely rooftop bar with good wine. Pool was quiet all the time during our stay, breakfast was good.

The air conditioner was noisy whole night and the staff knew old problem in advanced but still arranged the room to guest. The arrangement of changing room was not considerate. Required to stay in 3 different rooms for 3-night trip, it was a terrible experience.

It’s never a 5 stars hotel. Limited pricy dining options. Room service limited to changing sheets, towels and empty bins but never really cleaning the rooms. Pool area is small and floor around the bar not very clean, if you swipe your finger on the floor it turns black. Lifts are very slow and you could wait few minutes for a lift in peak times. Rooms don’t have tables so it’s very challenging to eat room service off your bed since there is only one chair in the room so one person have to eat on the bed. Staff are amazing but I guess it’s the same everywhere in Thailand. Lobby is small and boring with its grey furniture and plastic flowers decoration, the only place in the hotel to have some space is the pool area.

Maybe some standards went down post-covid. I frequent Bangkok and Skyview was my choice hotel. The hotel is quite comfortable. The lowest tier room is adequate for 1 or 2 people. They are petty about some charges in the hotel. I spent over $1500 usd and found a charge on my bill for a towel. There are cheaper hotels of the same level with less hassle. I won't be returning.

Great Hotel
The hotel made me feel like a king. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I arrived at the hotel before check-in time, but my room was ready and I was able to immediately check in. The hotel is luxurious with many amenities such as spa, restaurant, and ATMs, and the room was massive.

Very conveniently located near the BTS. 2 big shopping mall right beside the hotel. Many dinning options in the area. The MOJJO bar located on the 32 floor of the hotel has good vibe and nice view of the city. 4 massage shops right in front of the hotel. Will definitely stay here the next time I visit Bangkok.
