They had room service over 15 thai dishes to choose from. Complimentary water and coffee everyday. Kettle and mugs in room. Fresh towels whenever you ask. Cold air conditioning. Would recommend.

Property is not well maintained. Noisy air con does not seem to be serviced. Furious barking can be heard at 8.10am. Location is relatively near to main road and walkable to the BTS.

30 Sukhumvit hotel doesn't exist. It's false advertising by Expedia to show pictures of a place that is not there. I asked Expedia to check, because Google maps said it doesn't exist. Expedia told me all was fine. it was not because 30 Sukhumvit hotel DOESN"T EXIST

FORGET THIS PLACE!!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Horrible! They overbooked the rooms and then without a word took me through a back entrance to another building which had rooms. Turns out it was a hostel. But could not see the signs. The room smelled of urine. When I confronted the staff he tried to make out it was the same hotel. When I pushed him he then said the hotel was overbooked. I am currently having real difficulty with hotels.com to refund me. The worst experience ever with both the hotel and the booking.

初めて利用しました。 まず、4日間、後日に3日間利用しました。 最初に訪問した時にはホテルと聞いていたのになんの説明もなくゲストハウスの方に宿泊させられました。 後半はホテルの方に案内されました。 ホテルの写真には部屋にドライヤーが置いてある写真だったので設置されているだろうとは思っていましたが、念のため事前にホテルにドライヤーがあるか確認メッセージを送りましたが返信がありませんでした。 いざホテルの部屋を確認するとドライヤーはない。 フロントに確認すると２つしかないから他の人が返さないと使えない。明日の朝ならある。と言われたので翌朝に行ったらまたないと言われ、お客さんが壊したからない。今はホリデーシーズンなので注文しても届かない。と責任を丸投げしていた。しかし、ホテルの近くにはデパートやスーパーマーケットがあるので買えないは嘘。 こんなにたくさん宿泊客がいるのにドライヤーがないなんてホテルとしてあり得ない。 部屋は蜘蛛の巣と虫がわいていたが、ゲストハウスの方が広かった。 テレビはリモコンが使えなかったので見れませんでした。 ホテルの方は狭くて古くて汚くて、メイクをしていたら上から何かが降ってきて、音がしたので見てみたらカメムシでした。 ホテルでカメムシが降ってくるなんて今までなかったので気持ち悪かったです。 デポジットはゲストハウスが500バーツ、ホテルが100バーツでした。 同じ系列でこれだけ差があるのはおかしいです。 ランドリー設備は乾燥機がないため注意が必要です。 トンローとプロンポンの間のリッチなので結構歩かなければいけないため、旅行者として荷物を置きに帰ってまた出かける時はかなり時間を取られます。 毎日水を2本、インスタントコーヒーを2個もらえます。そこだけは良い点でした。 トータルとしては最悪でした。 2度と利用したくないです。

場所の良さ、それだけに限る。プロンポンまで歩いて5分であり、sukhumvitからも奥ばっていないので出やすい。 ただし部屋設備は悪い。シャワーの電気湯沸かし器は48度設定でぬるくなった程度。セキュリティBOXは以前の人がロックしたままで使用不可。エアコンはルーバーの角度がほぼ使えず。挙句、ベッドに虫がわいており、刺されまくり。 値段通りといったところか。

プロンポンのソイ30入って左側。看板が目立つので直ぐに分かります。かなり値段が安いので不安でしたがフロント女性も優しく部屋も最低限の居心地があります。シャワーの水量温度大丈夫です。男性一人旅で安い宿泊(個室)施設を探されているならお勧めです。女性1人、カップルはお勧めしかねますね。安アパートって感じかな、、、

シャワーのお湯が出なかった。 アリが、壁とかベットとかにいるのが気になった。 スタッフは、どの人も親切で笑顔で接してくれた！ 荷物もチェックアウトしてから出かける間、受け取ってくれた。 部屋に日光が入らなかった。 外に洗濯機が1つあったのが助かった。 プロンポン駅から徒歩5分ぐらいで、途中での道に朝から夜まで屋台があって面白かった。 すぐ近くに大きめの日本料理屋があってちょっと安心した。

総合的には安いが次は利用しないと思う。 駅からは歩いて8分程度 しかし暑いのでもっと近いホテルにすれば良かったかな。と何回か後悔した 買い物して一旦荷物を置きに行く、などをしていると駅とホテルを何往復もする事になるので少し面倒に感じます。 ホテル周辺は特になにも無いので朝ごはんなどは駅前のセブンイレブンで購入して帰るのがオススメ（多少の飲食店はありますが朝は空いてない所も多いです） ホテルのアメニティは冷蔵庫、固形石鹸、マグカップ、粉タイプのコーヒーのみ 電子レンジは1階フロントの共用のみ ドライヤーがないので要持参 エアコンの効きが凄く悪くて終始暑かった たまにエアコンの機嫌が良い時は涼しかったが操作性がいまいち分からなかった。 お風呂トイレが同じ部屋になっている お風呂はシャワーのみ シャンプーやトリートメント、ボディーソープも要持参 シャワーの横に何か分からないピンクの液体石鹸はありたしたが、用途が分からないため使用せず。 バスタオルはありました。小さいタオルなどはありません。 あとティッシュもありません。トイレットペーパーが1ロールありました。 部屋の鍵がアナログで内側からドアノブに付いてるボタンを押して閉めるタイプでした。 閉まっているか確認したくても内側からはドアノブを回すと開いてしまうため、夜は不安でした。 部屋を出る時も同様に内側のボタンを押して閉めます。外側から鍵を回しても閉める事は出来ません。鍵は開けるためだけにあります。 ルームメイキングは外側のドアノブにタグをかけて出かけるだけです。 鍵は滞在中は自分でずっと持っとく事になります。 チェックイン時に鍵のデポジットとして100バーツ支払います（現金のみ）チェックアウト時に鍵と交換で100バーツが払い戻されます。 階段しかありません。狭めの螺旋階段です スーツケースなどの重たい大荷物を持参していたため少し大変でしたが、部屋が2階の階段横だったのでどーにか頑張れました。 7泊の予約で1万ちょいと安ったですが次は利用しないと思います。
