‼️ WARNING ‼️ Basically this is a short time hotel. Not recommended for family’s or couples. Street (it’s an alley) is frightening at night. No security and dirty, dirty, dirty!!!

Basic but good location

Ok. Standard service. Basic room for sleeping only. V good location with 7/11 around the corner. But as in most cases with budget hotels you can hardly find the hotel name/sign from the street. The biggest problem was to realise while booking that my PayPal which I've been using for ages crashed and there was no phone number to call hotel.

Worst hotel i've stayed at in Bangkok. Luckily only had to do 2 nights here. Lady working the front desk at night was rude and unhelpfull.

Not for all

The bed was hard and there was some mold in the room/celing. Might rather check into a hostel where you get more bang for the buck. Also needed to run through a wall of prostitutes before entering the alley. It is on the party strip, but maybe a little to close to the night time service crew. The pictures might need to get updated.

Unpleasant stay

Not a very good hotel to stay, I booked by mistake. The lady at the reception gave a room where the aircon was not working, then after half an hour of trying by their technician failed to make work, I was given another room. Should have given it first. They also not care about the guests as the locality is very busy and also they allow other gustes for short time like 3 hours. No break fast available, totally it was very unpleasant for me to stay there.

I would not stay at this hotel again. When I arrived, they told me to wait and quickly started getting my room ready. This was at 10:30 PM, so why was the room not ready? Then guy the at the reception gave me the key and told me to go to the room. When I arrived, they were still cleaning and told me to wait outside. The room itself was ok, but you can see that it’s dated and in places it’s a bit dirty. The shower was dripping when turned off. Noise wise, you don’t hear much from the streets outside, but you can hear the cleaning staff in the hallway until 2 AM or later. Moving boxes, plastic, whistling.. really weird that they are cleaning until deep in the night. I also found 3 cockroaches in my room during my 2 nights of stay there.

Not in a million years again

I read the reviews and rating and believed it was going to be acceptable and clean. I’ve never been more wrong in my life! The guy at the desk couldn’t find my reservation. In the meantime, many pay-by-the-hour guests got helped first while I was waiting to get into my room. Yes, it’s that kind of hotel. When I got into the room, the only clean thing where the towels. The bedsheet had multiple tears of 25-30cm each. The pillows looked dirty. The blanket was stuffed in a rack and looked dirty and like it wasn’t used in a while. All desk and nightstand surfaces got dust, larger pieces of stuff and dried up liquids on them. The bathroom had a half opened and broken access panel which just hangs there. That night, I took a shower and used 1 towel for a pillow. No blanket and didn’t dare to turn due to the tears in the bedsheet. I don’t recommend this to anyone!!

This was the filthiest hotel I have ever seen. Looked like my room had not been cleaned in months. Elevator looks and sounds like it is going to break at any moment. Staff was rude and won’t answer calls from Expedia. I was there for 5 minutes and had booked a three night stay. Staff was unwilling to work with me on this. I asked if I could get a refund for the second and third night and they could charge me for the one night even though I wasn’t staying and they could have it available for another guest. Wouldn’t work with me on this and I booked another hotel and when I was leaving the hotel staff asked me for the key. I said I will give you the key in three days since I paid for them and you won’t refund them. They wanted the key so they could keep my money and rent it to someone else. I stayed near by at nicer hotel and went to this hotel next day to see if it was occupied by someone else. My key didn’t work so I went to hotel desk and they wouldn’t reprogram my key for the room I paid for. So obviously they rented it to someone else even though I had paid for it. Very shady place and management. Don’t ever stay at this hotel.

This place was fine.

This hotel was fine. It was clean the staff was friendly. The only thing I suggest would be to have a coffee maker in the lobby. Others might not, but I like a cup of coffee in the morning. I have no complaints. Liked the place and would stay there again.

Bathroom was used uncleaned and used, not wel ventilated. The only thing that was clean is the sheets on the bed. I booked 2 rooms 1for 2nights. And the other 1 night. I stayed 1 night and booked somewhere else, for me and my colleague. (Payed 3 stay 1)

worst hotel customer service ever

terrible stay...i would never stay here again...they ran out of my room type so i got downgraded for the first night. staff was never around and sleeping on duty. wifi did not work.
