The room was huge as was the outside space but it was very tired, shabby and in need of updating. The carpet was stained but clean. The breakfast at the nearby hotel was really good having lots of choice but was busy at times.. the staff were lovely and friendly

Pros: breakfast buffet was wonderful. Staff was very warm and friendly. Cons: there were some nights we found small cockroaches in our room and bathroom. Whenever we tried phoning housekeeping, they don’t answer. Water pressure and heater were unstable.

I love the staff here. They are always helpful and friendly even after a long flight or train ride. I’ve stayed here twice and each time it feels like coming home to a nice apartment. Your own kitchen, a bedroom and huge living room. The only thing I would change is the shower. It has the half glass and when you shower water goes on the floor.

Fast check in,,clean room,slitely dated but massive,comfy beds,good water pressure in bath and showwer,service was excellent throughout,pool areas at 2 swimming pools were veey clean with excellwnt staff,only negative omprovement at brealfast ,seemed less choice than last visit,but for what the room cost us wouldnt like to mark the rembrandt residance down on this.Thank you for an excellent stay(great location,quiet clean soi only couple minutes from the hussle and bussle)..

This is perfect if you want a proper living space at a reasonable cost. The kitchette has everything you need including a full size fridge freezer. It is well located between the party zone near the Nana / Soi 11 and the more upmarket Thong Lor area. Great restaurants and amenities in the surrounding stteets. The staff were great and very accomodating and approachable. If I was to say anything mildly negative it would be about the lifts. Because the staff use them to dot about between floors, you can find yourself waiting for a long time for a lift come, and then it is like a slow service stopping at multiple floors up and down. Most of the time the stops are to pick up and drop off staff. There are 2 sets of lifts. Maybe allocate 1 set to the staff and keep.the other set purely for guests. Guests tend to go up to or down from their floor and don't jump between floors. However, that is a minor issue, I really liked this hotel and will use it again in future.
