Typical slightly lower budget place to stay. There was nothing great about it. But there was nothing bad about it either. The room was clean. The hotel was in the middle of everything.
As usual we are using that Rambutri house on arrival to Bangkok.
Situated at the center of evening festivals, as well as good restaurants, none expensive ones.
Comfort rooms and good attitude
Right in the centre of entertainment. Restaurants, Bars and street food

Staff was nice. Management not. No discount for breakfast. Room booked with breakfast is same price as without it and pay yourself.

Comfortable and inexpensive
The staff were very nice and helpful. This is not a fancy place but comfortable enough. My only complaint is the strong moldy smell in the room. My daughter’s room was particularly bad.
we like this hotel and are returning customers.
close to the street that us active until 3 am daily.
near by are services and across the road bar and foods,
The location was great for us because it was right beside the Lomprayah office and we had into catch an early morning bus, however keep in mind that it is right on Khao San road so it is very loud at night.
It is all you'd expect from the star rating. This is our second stay and the staff were as before so acommodating and friendly. Room was clean and spacious with many complimentary waters and soft drinks. Such a good location and our room at the back meant we escaped much of the night noise from the markets. Definitely would stay again.
Absolutely 👍 awesome staff! absolutely epic location. incredibly nice front desk. Went above and beyond for us; replying immediately to text through the Expedia system, and letting me email visas to print out and were at the front desk within minutes. for the price and the location - a 10/10. will be back in a new york minute!!!!
I don't like to leave negative reviews because I understand how challenging it can be to run a business, but my experience at Rambuttri House was quite disappointing. It was bad enough that I spent most of my time outside the room just to avoid being there.
First off, the room was extremely cramped. I also found it unsettling that one of the staff members was walking near my room with his shoes on, which felt unhygienic. I had booked for three nights but made it clear before my arrival that I would only check in on the second night and was fine forfeiting the first. Over the phone, the staff agreed to this. However, when I arrived, they initially refused to check me in because I hadn’t shown up on the first night. It was only after another staff member intervened and found my key with my name on it that they finally let me check in.
Now, about the room itself - it was in poor condition. The bed was by far the worst I’ve ever slept on at any hotel, anywhere in the world. It was rock hard, with no cushioning, and the pillows looked like they hadn't been changed. There were no chairs in the room, though the staff was kind enough to bring me one. Unfortunately, it was an uncomfortable plastic chair. The bathroom was tiny, with no divider between the toilet and shower, making the whole area feel wet and cramped. To make matters worse, there were no blackout curtains, which made it impossible to block out the sunlight and get proper rest.
