We recently enjoyed a very 5 star experience at Oriental Residence. The staff clearly enjoy working there as everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive to all our needs. The hotel is in a peaceful area situated beside Embassies surrounded by tropical gardens. An easy walk to a BTS station and many great shopping malls and dining options. The king size bed in our luxurious suite even came with a pillow menu however the bed was perfect as supplied. Attention to detail was obvious, even the bath robes were next level. I have no hesitation in recommending this gem of a hotel to anyone and look forward to my return visit in February.

Perfect stay and perfect location. The staff is super friendly and attentive, the concierge Wat took care of all of our needs before we even think of them, from dinner and massage reservations to planning the perfect itinerary day by day for our first stay in Bangkok.
