Wonderful stay

It is my second time at Mode Sathorn Hotel in Bangkok. First, the customer service is always very good. The staff are always very kind and polite. My recommendation is the breakfast: very delicious, with a huge variety of items. Really amazing... congratulations for such organisation and service.

Stayed here last Friday night. The staff were lovely and we really appreciated the free room upgrade and welcome drinks. The room was clean/comfortable, but the layout was a bit awkward and some of the furniture was a little scuffed. Also, inky one of the elevators was working so was a bit slow to wait sometimes. Still, it was a comfortable stay overall and a nice little escape.

The location is percect, accessible to train and ferry but going to the airport is a nightmare,the traffic was horrible, we almost miss our flight. The service is really great, from the front desk , restaurant and spa service.

Hotel and room were good value. Pool is small but nice. Sky roof absolutely overpriced and limited in food options. Food in the rooftop is international average quality food. The coffee club at GF is really good quality and became a regular stop every day.

Good hotel, centrally located, we walked everywhere 86k steps in 3 days. Rooms good size and with modern feel. Staff very nice and friendly. Rooms cleaned and water refreshed. Roof top bar superb, however the price of a drink is super, super expensive £28 for 2 330ml.😱

Great property but rooftop dining expenses are absolutely outrageous prices. You can get food that is just as good for 1/3 the price. Examples. Cocktail - >15 USd….. steak 70 USD. I would stay here but dine anywhere around the hotel.

The room was huge, very comfortable. Hotel is in good location near the sky train.. however you do need transport to get around the City. Breakfast was lovely, very accommodating staff. would recommend.. there is a coffee club at the entrance to the hotel, which is a bonus

Close to BTS’s Surasak station, room trendy and clean, every staff is very nice, breakfast suit my favorite foods, only one thing I don’t like is the water pressure of the shower was too weak. General accommodation experience was perfect.
