Everything was perfect, the room, the staff, just everything! I never felt so welcomed and at peace, I really did not want to leave. It was my first time in Thailand and they truly made the experience even better. Will definitely be coming back again!

Pro: beautiful new hotel. super clean and comfortable. 2bdroom has 2 bathroom which is a plus.
Con: location, a bit far from heart of Bangkok and down an alley. Check in process was slow.

Great for BITEC Events
We chose this hotel because of its proximity to BITEC, and it exceeded my expectations! I was initially skeptical since the photos online looked almost too good to be true. However, the hotel truly looks just as stunning in person—everything from the design to the cleanliness matched the pictures perfectly.
The customer service was excellent, with friendly and professional staff who were always ready to assist. One of my favorite features was the piano in the lobby—it added such a classy and relaxing touch to the atmosphere.
If you’re attending an event at BITEC or just looking for a high-quality stay in Bangkok, I highly recommend this place!

It was a good stay
It was a nice stay. Not too far from the city center or Terminal 21 shopping mall…about a 10 minute taxi ride. The weekend we were there was Songkran/Thai New Year so the city was crazy, festive and in the middle of a weekend long WATER gun fight sooo staying outside from there was golden.

The photos are deceptive. The rooms are small and dark. We didn't get a drop of hot water while we were there, or anyone to clean our room for the weeklong stay. Apparently, that is extra. We checked out 3 days early, and they refused to refund the difference from our shortened stay.
