It was all that I expected there's nothing here for me to leave that was negative. It's location is near the the main bridge and ferry station so it goes without saying it is noisy if you go on the balcony but if you shut the doors their soundproof it's pretty nice and spacious and cozy and not oversold and full of kids running around making noise

I have been here so many times that I cannot, over 20 years to say the least, one of if not the best place for me personally, everything was great from the food to the cleanliness and of course the wonderful impeccable service that the Shangri-La is famous for. What a wonderful stay and yes I will always return here for many years to come

Luxury on the river. Big comfortable rooms. The decor was from 1990's 2000's. Aircon was mildew scented. But otherwise a comfortable stay.

I love the hotel architecture and location. The views from my balconies were amazing, especially at night. The room was clean and retro. I slept well and enjoyed the bathroom and the living area was nice to chill in. Staff were friendly and helpful
