Location is the best, internet price/offer deal was best, breakfast was wonderful. A bit dirty linen as mostly indian clients did not attend to hygeinic living standards. Two things can make it one of the best, privide iron on demand ir put a set in all rooms and also hathroom flipflops were missing and this made them dirty easily

BE AWARE OF THIS HOTEL ...

IT WAS 1 OF THE WORST THAT I BOOKED... First of all we found out that there REAL NAME was not UNICO EXPRESS but ANYA HOTEL. I didn't know why if they try to avoid tax. When we made the check in they didn't find our bookings but after the receptionist asked inside they find it in A File. But the worst that they can do... when we paid another 800thb for A Half-day (they have in there conditions). AT 6PM They switch out the electricity and tell us that we have to leave. I show here the visa recite that a few hours ago I paid extra for a half day but they insist that for them half day is 6hrs not 12 hrs. WHAT A SHAME. BE AWARE OF THIS HOTEL.As also the street surroundings are not from thailand. They from Arabic countries etc

EL BUEN SERVICIO "HAS BEEN CANCELED". TOTAL SCAM !

La peor experiencia del mundo. Llegamos luego de 30 horas de vuelo, con reserva paga y confirmada. Al llegar al hotel nos dicen que la reserva había sido cancelada, sin dar ninguna otra explicación nos pedían que nos retiráramos del hotel y dejaban de responder nuestras preguntas. Por qué ignorarnos y pedirnos que nos fuésemos ? Para que no se siguiera sumando gente, ya que a TODOS los huéspedes que llegaban, sin importar el medio por el que hayan realizado la reserva, recibían la misma noticia. La estafa es clara, llegamos cerca de fin de año, los hoteles suben los precios para estas fechas y es mejor negocio vender las habitaciones a quienes llegan sin reserva previa a un valor mucho más elevado. Eramos al menos 10 habitaciones con el mismo problema, algunos, viendo que llegaba la noche, decidieron salir a buscar otro hotel, yo estuve 3 horas desde mi teléfono, en la llamada más costosa de mi vida, pidiendo a Hoteles.com solucionar el problema. Luego de la llamada, que pasó por mil operadores, y viendo que no nos daríamos por vencidos y que fomentábamos en los demás exigir la presencia del manager, en el hotel nos dijeron que nos darían una habitación. Nos mandaron a un cuarto minúsculo, si ventanas, sin bañadera, una desgracia. Cuando bajamos a pedir el cambio de habitación, nos encontramos con otro montón de nuevos huéspedes con el mismo problema. Hace 10 años viajo a Asia y reservo por Hoteles.com, nunca pasé una peor experiencia que esta.

Helt ok, men slitet. Boka inte hotellet för att de har pool. Jag tyckte den såg risig ut och badade inte, vilket ingen annan gjorde vad jag såg. På hotellet stod det ett annat namn än det jag bokade på. Det enda ställe jag såg mitt bokningsansnamn var på en skylt vid vägen.
