Good value for money - quiet and clean

The property was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly. It was reasonably cheap,, and therefore good value for money. They provided free coffee in the reception, and there was a reasonably well equipped gym in the building next door

Very good quality for the price. Small room, coffee available, soap, tissue, microwave sharing, good room service. I have been to other rooms for the same price and the service was terrible, with no products included. I will go again if I'm on short budget.

I think overall it was okay. It’s just a bummer for not having the right amenities such as toiletries kit. Also, the drainage smells pretty bad. There was also cockroach lying on the floor during our stay. Could improve on the cleanliness.

bad hotel. not even look like hotel. i check in at 4/14/2023 and room are very small, lots of mosquito in the room toiled are really dirty, shower water are very small. i cannot stay. i have to look for another hotel the same day. i wasted my 7 days stay with them. i do not recommend this hotel. worst hotel ever in Bangkok.

It's a budget hotel so don't expect to be blown away. The bathroom was quite small and the shower poured out on to a flat floor which meant the whole place got wet rather easily. Not sure why slanted tiles weren't installed. Room was fine. There's nothing going on right outside although head over to Soi Si Bamphen road where there are some decent cafes and restaurants. The Wifi was appalling. Kept cutting out and the signal was poor.

This was one of the worst hotel, I have ever stayed in. Mosquitos all over, washroom and toilet in 3x3 nook. There was basically no shower, it was a shower head installed to make it call one. No elevator in the building. It should get -10 if there are any. Only positive things the gentleman at the reception was very nice and tried to make it up for zero service hotel provides.

Despite the fact that very nice and helpful people work at the reception, who certainly do their best, I do not recommend the hotel itself. It looks like a warehouse, and it's like living in a garage. In the room, basic things like a bedside lamp are available on special request. The only light is a glow tube above the bed. Some pipes on the low ceiling make such noises at night that it's impossible to sleep, moreover, the air conditioner is roaring like an airplane, so... In the micro-bathroom, the shower floods everything, so mud spreads all over the room. The window is covered all the time because there is an air conditioner and a wall outside the window. For similar money, I've lived in much better places in Bangkok. The construction sites next door also make noise, but that will end someday.

Good king size bed and room size for my stay. Clean room, cold ac and good workout facility with free weights. Right by the new Lumpini mall and convenient for all the shopping. Do wish that it was a little more quiet due to emergency venicles on main road going by.

エアコンフィルターが清掃されてなく埃で真っ白でしたので、水洗いしてあげました。 ドアノブに掛けるタイプの起こさないでください、掃除をして下さい札が翌日に部屋に戻ってきたら持っていかれてました、初めての経験です。 5泊しましたが、部屋の掃除、タオル交換、シーツ交換は、1日も無し ゴミ箱は、ドアの外に置いておけば片付けてくれます、水もドアの外に毎日2本置いてくれます、石鹸は2日でなくなりましたので近くに買いに行き、シャンプーは置いてあるので過ごしました。 Wi-Fiは繋がります、音ですがシャワー室兼トイレが密閉式の窓出ない為、大通りからの車の音が多少聞こえます。

ルンピニー公園くて便利です。歩いて7分のところに三越デパチカもあります。1階の部屋なら大きなバゲージ持ってても楽ですが、2階以上はエレベーターがないので不便かも。利用しませんでしたが、無料で洗濯機乾燥機も使えるようです。

1階105号室に2泊。 1泊目は問題なかったが、2泊目の深夜及び早朝に、欧米系の言語を話すグループが廊下で、長時間、大声で会話しており迷惑だった。 利用すれば分かるが、広い施設ではないので、1階であれだけ大きな声で長時間、会話していたら1階の受付事務所にも聞こえていたはずなのに、一切注意がなかったのはどうかと思う。 初めての宿泊であったが、チェックアウト日及び時刻の確認なし。客室清掃や館内設備について一切説明が無かった。 説明したくないなら、案内を紙に印刷するとか、QRコード読み取りでWEBで確認させるなどしてほしい。 それ以外は値段相応の施設。 基本的には、マンスリーマンションの設備。

安心して、清潔な環境に滞在したい、ホテルは寝るだけでOKという旅を希望される方にはピッタリです。 特別なサービスはありませんが、部屋は清潔、スタッフの方も感じがよく、温水シャワーも問題なし（ドライヤーもあります！）、地下鉄の駅もバス停も近く、コンビニも近くにいくつかあります。 また、ルンピニ公園やOne Bangkokも徒歩圏内というのもプラスポイントだと思います。

エレベーターがないこと、シャワーとトイレの間に仕切りが無くて水浸しになること、この２点を除けばとても良いホテルでした。フロント前には、無料のコーヒーとクッキーがありました。ブルーラインのルンビニ駅に近く、観光にもショッピングにも遠出にも便利なのがとても良かった。駅からは一回曲がるだけの簡単な道のりで、帰り道にコンビニや屋台に寄れるのも良かった。

コスパを考えれば必要十分

ちょっと微妙な場所にありますが、近所には市場やコンビニがあるので、不便ではありません。Grabでタクシーやバイクを呼んだりホテルに帰る際にも間違われることなくスムーズに行き来ができました。 貴重品ボックスが室内にあると思っていましたが、ありませんでした。あと、ルームメイクが入らなかったのは、安いプランだったから？何か手続きが必要だった？と疑問は解決しませんでしたが、清潔なホテルだったのでそんなに気になりませんでした。 スタッフの人たちは親切で、不愉快なことは特にありませんでした。この値段ならコスパは十分かと思います。
