The staff was among the most helpful I’ve ever experienced. The happy hour featured local high school musicians- excellent. Easy access to the metro, but the walk there from Central World Mall is hectic and a little rough.

This hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly. The view from the rooftop pool and restaurant is great and the breakfast is tasty. I would have rated this hotel at least a 4, however the night before checking out the hotel informed me I would be charged 200BHT for a stained wash towel. The wash towel was not stained but was dirty due to the fact that my feet got dirty from walking in Temples with shoes and socks.
