Excellent hotel. Very polite and helping staff. Only issue is the communication with the staff. They barely speak any English. Still they go out of their way to accommodate your requests. Will definitely recommend this hotel!

137 Pillars Suites exceeded all expectations. My suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered incredible skyline views. The rooftop infinity pool was a standout — quiet, exclusive, and perfect for relaxing above the city. Every detail, from the personal butler service to the high-end amenities, felt thoughtfully curated. Staff were professional, kind, and always ready to help. A true oasis in the heart of Bangkok — I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Can i add more then 5 stars? Everything was above and beyond! This is not a huge hotel and is very intimate and cozy, which we loved. Service is amazing food is the best and Comfort was great! Highly recommended. We will definitely be back!

Its a very nice hotel that has everything you could wish for. Less good is that you have not received your deposit back yet and it has been over 3 weeks since your stay at this hotel.

This was one of the most incredible properties we’ve stayed at, and their honeymoon setup was the cherry on top. Beautiful & extravagant suite exceeded our expectations. Amazing service from our arrival to departure from friendly staff. Enjoyed the cocktail hour and complimentary refreshments available at the lovely suites lounge. Will absolutely stay here again next trip to Bangkok. Thank you!

Suites and pool are fantastic as expected, but in relation to the number of suites there are extremely few loungers by the pool, so we had to lie on stones for hours. The tone of some members of the staff is not always adapted to the level of the clientele of the house.

It is advertised that we have a butler. The 24 hour butler line is just the front desk and unfortunately, the front desk staff all have an attitude and provide terrible service. The in-suite dining food is inedible. The location is far from the city centre.
