Great location, great staff, clean hotel and appreciate the common area. Would book again. Perfect for family of 4. Check in was easy process. The staff was very helpful.
Please note taxis and ride share will not be able to drop you off in front of hotel if you arrive after 2pm.. the roads are closed due to the day and night market crowd. We arrived at 10pm and our taxi dropped us off a block away from hotel, we were in the middle of night market crowd pulling luggage’s to hotel. Would recommend to arrive before 2pm. Hotel provides luggage storage.

"The Shilla is a luxurious stay and the rooms are fantastic and facilities looked great albeit I did not get a chance to use them during my stay. The downside is the need to pay to access the outdoor pool and how there were several membership areas that meant guests did not have access to."
