"The staff were super kind and helpful throughout the entire stay! The day staff were especially accommodating and friendly. The amenities were also nice. The only issue I had was that the shampoo had ran out in the shower, so I had to ask for more mid-shower. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!"

"The room was comfortable, and the location was fantastic, within easy walking distance of everything Banff has to offer. The complimentary breakfast was a really nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Clean property, comfortable beds and quiet"

"Excellent stay. Very quiet and close to downtown."

"Staff were very friendly & helpful. Great location"

"Everything was up to date and fairly new, it was very comfortable with the loft option, kid loved it"

"Good service"

"The balcony had a great view. The restaurants in the property next door, by same owner, had great dining room and happy hour in the lounge. They decorated our room for our wedding anniversary."

"Our favorite hotel in Banff! We stay here every time we visit. The hotel is beautiful and spotless, the staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant is lovely. The pool area is wonderful, and even the little details, like the quality of the bath amenities, make the stay extra special. The heated parking garage is another great bonus, especially during the winter months. We wouldn’t choose anywhere else!🙌"

"First time visiting Banff and without a car. I do wish the hotel provided a shuttle to"

"Not to bad and close to the Keg 👍"

"Perfect location! Walking distance to the shops if you want to do some shopping. We had a nice view of the mountain and you can see Bear st from it. We stayed in a 2 bed and 2 bath room. Very spacious and clean. There’s a stove, fridge and microwave if you want to do some cooking. The only downside is the parking. They dont have their own parking. You gotta park in the streets which you have to pay $12 canadian $$ per hour from 8am- 8pm and free from 8pm-8am or park for free by the train station...
