"Very friendly and helpful staff. The lodges are in a relatively good location, and you can reach downtown Banff very quickly from the bus stop right next door. We were also provided with a free 3-day bus pass. Another positive feature is the hot tub, which is even open until 11 p.m. Unfortunately, the room itself was relatively dark and, despite the lighting, not very inviting. The furnishings are a bit dated."

"The location is excellent, the front desk staff are extremely helpful, and the breakfast is quite good. However, the noise level is overwhelming, and I’m surprised that so few reviews mention this issue.
During the first night, I barely slept. I could hear every single person using the bathtub or taking a shower from around 8 PM to 8 AM, and any conversation happening in the hallway was clearly audible inside the room. For light sleepers, this may be a significant concern."
