"Overcrowded hotel that is not worthy of the money we paid. Not friendly personell at the reception. "

"Our stay was generally okay; however, we had an unpleasant experience with a staff member. A maintenance worker knocked on our door but opened it without waiting for us to respond. He entered to apply WD-40 to the sliding door without our permission. This situation felt like an invasion of our privacy and made us very uncomfortable. We hope the management can address this issue to ensure proper communication and respect for guests’ privacy in the future"

"We had a great stay at the Brewster Mountain Lodge, with its rustic charm, woodwork, and western accents. The location is excellent, right in the center of Banff and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. We booked two rooms for our family, and they were spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the beds were especially good after a long drive and day outdoors. "Convenience and near tourist attractions"

"Accidentally double booked our rooms and they would not credit the double rooms. "

"Hotel is very old and creaky. Very small bed/ room. The room was clean. Great staff. Need a bed upgrade very old, uncomfortable, and noisy. You can hear everything in the building (it’s old). Secure heated underground parking available but a couple minutes walk away. Banff parking is terrible to find but it sure is a beautiful place. "
