"Always a pleasure to stay at the Foxx Inn and Suites in Banff. It’s in a great location close to coffee shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows are so comfy. And the best part is the hot pool in a cave like setting. So awesome!"

"Can't say enough good things about this property! We had a lovely view from our balcony, which was a treat at all hours. The room was comfortable and quiet. We sampled the menu at the on-site resturant numerous times and thoroughly enjoyed each meal. Additionally, all the staff were delighful. As a key example the smoke detector in our room started chirping loudly at 5 AM. The individual at the front desk and a coworker arrived within minutes of our call and changed out the failing battery of the smoke decector. They were so considerate, even took their shoes off at the entrance door, and concerned. We so appreciate the great service! All-in-all we thouroughly enjoyed our time at the property!"

"I would have given full 5 star review. However, there are things that take away a star, if not 2. 1. The quality of room cleaning service was not great. I found my PJ that I left on the bed being thrown on the sofa. Very strange. 2. The garbage bin in the bathroom was left on the toilet cover. Were they in such a hurry? After seeing all these, we declined for future room cleaning services. Not impressed. 3. This is an interior designer issue. The show door can only be opened around 45 degrees as it is hitting the huge shower head. I hit it every time I opened the shower door no matter how careful I was. 4. The restaurant in the hotel is expensive and nothing special about it. There is a grill in the restaurant for grilling breads and it is a joke. I left my piece of bread there for 5 minutes and it could only warm it up but not more than that. For price of $550+ per night (we stay for 4 nights), it does not feel right. I am not sure if this is a pro or con. Our room door opens directly to the outside so we needed to get dressed well just to access the lobby."

"This hotel is in a fantastic location, within minutes walk from the main shops and restaurants in town. The rooms were lovely, modern and spacious. Our room had the bed on a mezzanine upper floor, with the kitchen / bathroom / living area downstairs, which was a nice touch. We also had a balcony offering nice views of the mountains. The reception staff were lovely and friendly, and the underground parking was a breeze. We would very highly recommend Peaks Hotel & Suites to anyone looking for a stay in Banff."
