"Staff was incredibly helpful and the views were amazing."

"I would have given full 5 star review. However, there are things that take away a star, if not 2. 1. The quality of room cleaning service was not great. I found my PJ that I left on the bed being thrown on the sofa. Very strange. 2. The garbage bin in the bathroom was left on the toilet cover. Were they in such a hurry? After seeing all these, we declined for future room cleaning services. Not impressed. 3. This is an interior designer issue. The show door can only be opened around 45 degrees...

"This hotel is within the Banff National Park on the Bow River. There are mountains everywhere you look and a beautiful nature trail that takes you right into downtown Banff which is along the river. The hotel experience was wonderful in all ways - beautiful room, delicious breakfast and afternoon snacks, (we did the Gold experience which I would highly recommend) heated pools, restaurants, and morning yoga classes. The staff were exceptional also. We can’t wait to return!"

"Relatively new property in Banff, short walk to the downtown."

"The spaces are beautiful. Views from the hot pools, breathtaking. I loved the Rocky Mountain Soaps and pour-over coffee. I did find it weird that they charged us $25 for a third adult in the room but then didn’t think to give an extra robe, nor coffee mug. When paying $733 for a single night, the $25 seemed petty."

" They put our luggage into other guest room and we actually had to go into other room to pick our luggage out at 10 o’clock at night. It was uncomfortable and unreasonably stressful. Although they did try to make up for it, it truly did ruin our first night of a two night day. That being said, you cannot beat the location. The hill was amazing and staff were beautiful. "
