"The check in-process was less than ideal, there were some issues online validating our cards which led to an off-site check in at a separate hotel (there are no staff on-site). HOWEVER. The saving grace of the experience was our experience with Morgan. She was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure everything got sorted out (including walking back to the hotel on three separate occasions). Give her a raise.
