"Staff members were thoroughly helpful and friendly. Accommodated where able. There were a number of occasions that felt as if there was shortage of staff at the main restaurant but that could've been during peak breakfast hours. Our kids loved the slide and the kids area. The pool was fun, clean and friendly. Parking was limited-an overflow open space adjacent to the property sort of made up for this. Pullman is a little further away from the township and that was what drew us to it. There were ample of low-key activities around the area. It felt good to be able to contribute a little to the local economy in a small town that still showed signs of recovery from the tsunami two decades ago."

"The Moracea Hotel is like no other in Khao lak,its set on a stunning beach with a beautiful collection of pools. The staff are the best ive ever known anywhere in the world as they ensure you are having a great experience and always have time for a chat .This hotel stands out amongst the rest ,There arent any negatives whatsoever and we will definately be back .Thankyou for making our stay so special Moracea"

"We stayed two nights at the Le Meridian and it was great. The staff were excellent and really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The resort is excellent value and right on the beach. A special mention to the fabulous staff at kids club. "

"I booked the wrong month (June 11-14, instead of July 11-14) and didn't realize it until June 18. I immediately contacted the property to ask whether they could help me in any way given the mistake, and the answer was effectively "no." It was my mistake, so that's fine, but as a short-term rental owner myself, I make every effort to help guests out when something goes wrong, even if by their own fault. There was no such effort here, so I won't be rebooking here; I'll find another place to book for the correct dates."
