Fabulous stay as always , it’s our 7 th time at the Chatrium. Beautiful room - 1 bedroomed suite with fantastic river views. Breakfast is first class. Service brilliant. Wonderful staff. Friendly, attentive and helpful.

This property was in a perfect location and was very clean. Lots of places to eat and drink around it but also quite if you are not wanting to be right in the hustle and bustle, however it is a 1 minute walk away.

Great hotel in a good location. The room was an excellent size with a great sized bathroom. Comfortable bed and plenty of charge points all around the room! Excellent service from all staff who were friendly and attentive at all times!

Place was clean with excellent staff service. They were attentive to our honeymoon and decorated the room for us complimentary. Our shower leaked slightly but overall great location and good standards.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel location is extremely convenient, near major shopping centers and public transportation.

The hotel is amazing. The room which was a River View suite was amazing. The view from the top bar is second to none. Breakfast fantastic, they make your toast to order over hot coals!!

As is customary with the Carlton, my experience was first class throughout; check in to checking out. As a seasoned traveller I have never returned so many times to a particular hotel but it’s hard to imagine staying anywhere else in Bangkok despite the many options available. Great credit the GM and his team.

The property is in a great location. The room was modern with plenty of room for our luggage. The 2 pools were well kept although we spent most of our time out exploring. There is a 7 Eleven next door (where we bought a cheap tourist sim for our phones) and it’s a relatively easy walk to Khao San Rd, Grand Palace and Phra Arthit Pier where you can get on the hop on/off tourist boat and which is a great way to see the sights. 10/10 amazing place. Rooms were very clean and beautiful. Location is perfect shopping dining, the whole lot.

This is the perfect location in Chinatown for sightseeing. English speaking staff and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We upgraded to a room with a view which was great. Will go back again if visiting Bangkok again.

Excellent hotel

I often choose this hotel when visiting Bangkok. It’s close to everything but a bit quieter than other parts of Sukhumvit and the quality of the rooms is excellent. The western options at the breakfast buffet could be better but the facilities are great and the golf simulator is an added bonus if you play.
