Stay if you have too..

The stay is good location is great the downside is towels were a little dirt ,tube is ok need deep clean ,sheets have whole in them but if ask they will replace overall its a good place to stay.

It was peaceful had to be moved to about room cause tv was broke then the toilet in my new room was stopped up but staff was friendly and came to fix it with no problem

The upkeeping of the cleaning could be done with a little more effort. The room is spacious but cleanliness is important. It is however located next to food hubs and shopping malls. So thats the only good thing. The hotel is a little drive out of the city area.

The room was very nice, there are many dining options within walking distance, and the Roger Carter Community Center (swimming, exercise room, basketball) is approximately a 10 minute drive from the motel. The motel is also close to I-695.

We requested a refund, didnt even stay. Windows were busted out, dirtest hotel ever, rooms were nasty and smelled like cigarettes!! Did NOT feel safe here, hotel needs to be condemed !

Perfect, low-key spot

This place was perfect. Our family stayed the night after a party so we wouldn't have to drive all the way back to WV. It's not sparkly new, so if that's important to you, go somewhere else. But for me, travelling with children, I'd rather be somewhere clean that already has a few dents and scuffs so I'm not too on-edge. Fridge worked great, beds were comfortable. We were there on a Saturday and it was not too noisy or anything. Very sweet people working. Walked to the diner and grocery store the next morning at a leisurely pace, because check out was NOON!!! Would def stay there again.

The staff was nice and let us check-in early at 1pm since we had to change for a wedding and leave by 1:20pm. The AC worked well however the rest of the room was a mess. All the furniture was beat up.There was no mini fridge or microwave. The bathroom was dirty and we did not shower there. There was no soap or shampoo.There were 2 towels and 1 hand towel that looked dirty. The topper on the bed was beat up and had cigarette burns. The pillows were so old and flat. The complimentary breakfast was only bread, bagels, cereal, & coffee without even hard boiled egg. It was noisy at night and felt unsafe to go outside. It was a non smoking room that smelled like smoke. The smoke detector was disconnected and put in a drawer. Honestly this was the most run down motel I've stayed in my life.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE ONE STAR, I would! There were no towels, washcloths, hand towels, soap or anything in the room. My boyfriend and I were in Baltimore for an event, so we checked in and had a great time in the city and when we came back thinking we could wash up and get some sleep, we realized there were no toiletries, any sort of towels, NOTHING! I called to the front desk to let them know and the lady there was loud and rude and told me that I should have told the maid in the morning that I needed washcloths. MIND YOU, I CHECKED IN THE ROOM IN THE AFTERNOON-WHEN THERE WAS NO MAID, AND THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN WASHCLOTHS AND TOWELS ALREADY IN THE ROOM FOR A NEW CHECK IN!! I tried to explain this to her, but she was being a complete a$$hole and I decided to go down there and explain but she CALLED THE COPS ON ME FOR DEMANDING BASIC NECESSITIES! She then threw a towel NO WASHCLOTH OR SOAP-- at me and told me to share it with my boyfriend or else LEAVE because I was being mean for wanting to simply wash my behind!! AND WHO SHARES A TOWEL, first of all; but who washes with no cloth or soap? I waited to until the cops arrived, told them the situation, they told her to issue me a refund and I told her what I thought of her :) and then booked a much better room down the street at Motel 6. Also, the rooms at this Ramada are filthy, roaches, no fridge or microwave, just nasty people running it who clearly want you to be accustomed to be as filthy as they are used to.DISGUSTING!!

Don't go there....the bugs will get you

1.when we booked - the pictures were depicting a nice clean hotel and room. However, when we got in our room there were some dirty towels left on the floor -:the entrance to the desk was filthy dirty looked like it had never been painted or cleaned - management for this hotel should check this place out! 2. Hotel says continantal breakfast? No coffee, no orange juice only a half container of koolaide drink. A couple bagel and a few muffins along with 2 different dry cereals - we went to Royal Farms next door. 3. This is the kicker - I couldnt sleep all night bc I kept itching - thought it was maybe what they washed the sheets in - no I woke up all bit up by something - second night the same irching - got out of bed in the morning - my daughter saw this bug in the bed - definently looked like a bed bug - discusting! We will never go there ever again!

This is an old school motel. The rooms have no refrigerator, hair dryer or microwave. Bathroom door could not close. Tub was dirty. Sign on the mirror said linens would be changed every 3 days. I was there a week and I spilled a small spot and that was there all week. The stairwell to the upstairs rooms was not lit making it feel unsafe. There was no rack to place a suitcase on. Bed was fine and water pressure was good.

We had no toilet paper there is bed bugs snake skin and the heater broke we had to switch rooms and we were put in a room with no fridge or microwave so all the food we had went bad house keeping sucks if you don't open ur door and watch for them u don't even get clean towels

The room was dirty, sheets for the bed bas body fluid and smell so bad, towels were dirty, toilet was disgusting no water on it, no shower supplies(soup, shampoo), the door was wide open, it did not close. I went to the front desk and his answer was "Okay". He did not offer me to moved me or reimburse. So, I paid there and have to get another hotel room mear by. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR GO THERE.
