All employees I dealt with were amazing and beyond friendly. Checking in was easy and I was even accommodated with a gluten free cookie! I love that they thought of those of us with dietary restrictions. The room was very nice- clean and comfortable. The bar was open until midnight, unlike some hotel bars that close early. Double Tree Hotel BWI Airport will be my hotel when traveling here from now on!!
