"Wonderful"

"This is a lovely hotel within walking distance of the old town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large by European standards and modern and very clean. The parking lot is located behind the hotel which we accidentally found when we drove past finding no spots and were circling around. It is right next to a lovely garden. We very much enjoyed this place. We walked all over the old town and found a great restaurant (Bon Pain Bon Vin). Loved our time in Annecy."

Excellent reception (Philippe), preceded by excellent, speedy communication and replies to questions before arrival. Walking distance from train station. Friendly, helpful staff.
